Coordinate and oversee commercial operations for Norwegian customers.
Architect, develop and maintain commercial data systems, focusing on optimization, safety and scalability.
Ensure automated and accurate scheduling and issue-tracking of commercial operation treatments for a large-scale robot fleet.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.

Chief Technology Officer and Chairman

Led the technical decision-making process and directed the organizational strategy for a team of over 20 engineers. Ensuring effective collaboration and project execution.
Coordinated and managed monthly pool tests, including the creation of detailed test plans and comprehensive evaluations.
Oversaw the recruitment and training program focused on the Robot Operating System (ROS).
Developed a Kalman filter localization algorithm using C++ as part of my master’s thesis.
